I was recruited at a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Career fair in NY. They prescreened me. Interview is behavioral style & conducted by panel members. They want specific details-so be specific. Interview was via phone. I am still in beginning stages of interviewing. key: PRACTICE S.T.A.R.

Entrevista
There was a phone interview with the hiring manager. It had very basic behavioral questions.
The onsite interview was with the hiring manager/ branch chief, the division director, and another branch chief. The questions asked for specific examples of how one would react in certain situations in previous work.
There were 2 interviews total.

Very general questions, don't worry about it too much. You'll be okay. The only real questions that should be researched are questions pertaining specifically to the GSA. So research the GSA.
