Applied online, one in-person interview on college campus. The interviewer was very friendly and ended up hiring me on the spot, subject to background check and fingerprinting. In total, the interview took approximately 30 minutes. Position was for the following semester so I had plenty of time to complete the required fingerprinting / background check. Questions were mainly about my knowledge of the US Commercial Service and my resume.
