pretty straight forward - mostly behavioral questions asking about work history and career experience - first call was with the HR rep, second was with the district manager and then the third was with two other branch managers

I initially spoke with a recruiter who was absolutely wonderful! She said I was exactly what they were looking for. Then the DM called and set an interview with 2 other Branch Managers. This was hands down the absolute WORST interview I have ever been apart of. First off, the district had just merged with another district so the 2 BMs conducting the interview did not jive well at all. It was not a structured interview by any means. It was spit fire questions and for some reason the one BM could not understand why I wanted to move back HOME to Ohio. She even said at the end of the interview that she felt that I was failing in my role. The other BM hopped off quickly at the end. It was so bad that I had to email the recruiter the experience in hopes that she passed it on to the DM. I'm rating the Interview Difficulty "Very Difficult" as the managers made it difficult. Before I could even answer the question the other manager went on to ask another one. It felt like a grueling interrogation.

These questions pertained to Needs assessments, goals, business lending, and work ethics. The Needs assessment is important to US Bank as it is at all banks that I have worked for. They like relationship building and goal setting, and are really big on coaching.
