      Entrevista

      I applied online and received an email 2 days later asking for a phone interview which was set up for a couple days later. They interviewed me over the phone which was essentially a checks and balances sort of situation where they confirmed with me the hours I would be working and the pay I would be receiving as well as benefits. They then proceeded to ask about 5 character and personal evaluation questions which were quite simple. At the end, the recruiter said she thought I would be a good candidate for an in-person interview if the supervisors agreed. A couple days after that I received a phone call wondering if I would be willing to do an interview in person in a couple days. The in-person interview was about 30 min long where they asked me your standard interview questions about previous work experience and challenges I faced in those work situations and how I handled them. Very easy interview, however it has been 4 weeks and I still haven't heard back even though the mentioned they would let me know either way whether I got the job or not. Like, I mentioned though it was a very enjoyable interview with the department supervisors and it seems to be a great department to work for.
