4 people sat around me in an office and took turns asking me questions. They want energy and hunger. I was positive and friendly and cracked a few jokes. They really just want to see you be a people's person

What about you do you feel would make you successful at this position?
I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.
