I'm sick and tired of companies with recruiters and HR people with the social skills of children. DO NOT waste my time with an interview then tell me I did well and passed on to the next round and you'll be contacting tomorrow or the day after to set up the next interview then vanish forever. You people need to grow up. I've had it with this unprofessional behavior and I'm going to keep calling it out every time I see it. You're ADULTS, start acting like it and stop with this juvenile "wahh I can't just tell people we picked someone else I'll just ghost them like we're in middle school!" I know to you it's just a name on a list, but these are people's LIVES you're playing with, disrespecting, and wasting the valuable time of. Glad I dodged a bullet here if this is how you treat people.
