Very easy. The first one was only 10 minutes over the phone. Asking what shift hours you prefer & if you has any time restrictions. This details some of the key aspects of the job. The second interview was 30 minutes & over the phone. This was a description of the position & then asked standard interview questions such as job scenarios and also past experiences.
