Phone call interview then a 30 minute Zoom call another day. Simple questions of your resume nothing complicated. Received phone call the following week. The interview was very easy as long as you obviously know your resume and able to answer questions with clarity of your prior experiences.

Interview was mostly behavioral, asked a few questions about what I know about loans, trade processing and CDOs, but nothing overly difficult. Interviewers were kind and knowledgeable about their field and stressed team collaboration.

Recruiter calls you and interviews you then interview with managers. Turn around time takes about 2 weeks. About 30-45 mins each, and all via teams. Recruiter will call you if you get job offer.
Short and sweet. Interviewed with manager for temp to perm position. Not many steps which I really appreciated. Good job for recent college grads. Found out through the staffing agency about a day after the interview.
