I applied online and got an email back right next day for a phone screening. After that, one more phone interview from a HQ and one phone interview with a manager from the department I applied for. And then he called me back a few hours later to schedule a in-person interview. It seems to happen really quick. However, after an interview, I was told that it would take a week to hear from them.

Entrevista
It was a pretty simple process. I was called by the recruiter out of the blue then got a video interview the next day. They asked me 4 questions about my prior experience in Customer Service roles. Challenges and "what did you do in this situation?" questions.
