Fairly straight forward. Run of the mill interview. Strengths/weaknesses, accomplishments, why US Bank, why this position, walk through resume, are you willing to go above and beyond (translation: are you willing to put in a lot of OT).

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how did you fix it?
Phone call interview then a 30 minute Zoom call another day. Simple questions of your resume nothing complicated. Received phone call the following week. The interview was very easy as long as you obviously know your resume and able to answer questions with clarity of your prior experiences.

Recruiter calls you and interviews you then interview with managers. Turn around time takes about 2 weeks. About 30-45 mins each, and all via teams. Recruiter will call you if you get job offer.
Short and sweet. Interviewed with manager for temp to perm position. Not many steps which I really appreciated. Good job for recent college grads. Found out through the staffing agency about a day after the interview.
