I received an interview shortly after applying online. The interview was at one of the main offices. I met with a higher-end manager who was very friendly. We had a conversation about what the job entailed and why I felt qualified for the position. A few days after, I received a call with an offer.

it was fine, not much was asked i feel like it was pretty easy . it was a group interview , and i moved to the final round the final round wasn’t an interview just a conversation between me and a senior manger
Received an email. Set up the date. Initially they are getting to know you and your experience. Looking for customer services skills. It was not hard. They also asked me about how we can respect customers. And diversity
