Fairly easy, they ask if you could handle stress levels, deadlines, and sociable person.
After that they will send you an email containing information of their offer.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
