Easy. Two managers branch and regional. Basic questions of why hire you over anyone else and what would you do in stressful situations. Both interviewed me at the same time but was asked most questions by the Regional manager and not the branch manager.

Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
