The interview process was easy. I applied online and was interviewed and hired on right away. The interview was informal and casual. I met one on one with the branch manager to talk about what my resume covered, my job experience and what my work availability would be.

I first interviewed with the branch manager at the location I applied. After passing that interview, I had a second interview with the regional manager at their office. I only had two interviews.

There was an online assessment that was like a test with general math plus customer service and general interview questions, then a recruiter called me to discuss the job and set up an interview with a branch employee.
