Was called for a phone interview first and then was asked for a face-to-face interview set two days later. During the face-to-face, I sat down with two bank managers and was asked standard interview questions for about 45 minutes.

Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.

I got an email inviting me to interview the following week. It was in person at the branch with 3 people. it was pretty short and they got back to me quickly with an offer
