Recruiter called me on a Thursday and I had a brief phone screening right then and there. Asked really basic questions about work experience and schooling. We scheduled an in person interview for the very next day. Had the interview with 2 people, both seemed very uninterested from the moment I got there. They had no enthusiasm about their job and seemed very unhappy. The interview lasted about an hour. I got an e-mail about a week later saying I didn't get the job. But, even if I had, I probably wouldn't of accepted because the management was horrible.
