The process took around a month and a half. 30 minutes with HR, then two 30 minute conversations with senior VPS, then final round with the COO. Very nice people, all behavioral.

One interview with recruiter and one interview with hiring manager. Fairly straight forward and positive. Was asked questions based on teamwork, leadership, why I chose U.S. Bank, etc... Best piece of advice is to actually be genuine and not give automated responses that you think they would want to hear.
