I only had one interview and it was more or less a series of questions based on my CV. I didn't like: - the fact that the interview didn't had a format - i had the impression that the interviewer need to confirm that on their project they are using the best practices - i felt that i was in an awkward discussion since it had some pauses without knowing what to ask next
