My experience with the interview process at Typeform was very positive. HR team ensured clear communication and kept me informed about each stage and what to expect next. This level of transparency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I always knew where I stood and when to anticipate feedback. Overall, it was a refreshing and well-managed experience.

Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you encountered in a previous role, and how you approached it?

Entrevista
Had an initial 30-minute call with an internal recruiter within the business. Then an hour-long call with two members of the team I would be working in. The final stage was an hour-long call with the department manager and product ambassador and a reference check.

Name 3 skills that you believe are important in a customer support/advocate role.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I met with a recruiter first, then a manager/peer, and finally the head of support. There was an assessment that had to be completed as well.

The interview consisted in a set of 3 meetings with different people from the team, plus a one-hour exercise simulating your job position tasks.
Everyone was very nice and made the conversations flow naturally.
