I applied through LinkedIn. The contacted me saying that they liked my profile and would like to conduct an interview. The interview was scheduled for after a week. I had to leave my work early to reach home by the time of the interview. At the designated time they email me that the position has been frozen. If that was the case a prior email would be appreciated.

-Interview with recruiter -Interview with HHRR - Coding screener test -Interview with tech leads. Was supposed to continue with a live coding test, but I was discarded before. Seemed to me a quite disorganized process, since the three interviews were quite the same, with some extra tech points on the last one, the interviewers didn't seem to have contact between them, even on the last one they didn't know to which position the interview was for. Discarded after that for lack of seniority. Was quite "funny", since I didnt apply to the position, but was contacted for it because of my profile and explained my current experience on three different interviews. I could understand to be discarded on the first interview or after a technical test for that reason, but not after several ones without taking the technical challenge. A pity, because the position and the environment seemed quite interesting, and everyone involved seemed a nice guy.
