Super easy. Great first time job for high school kids. Fun environment to work with lots of different ways to grow and expand your retail knowledge. Interview process was very laid backed and encouraged first time job seekers to ask questions.
Good interview, took the time to talk and get to know me. Very straightforward and simple process. Seemed like a nice guy, who likes to create a good work environment.

First there was a phone screening for availability, then in person reviewing resume . Extremely to the point, no hard questions i can remember. One manager was leading my interview.
