I was contacted by a Two Six Recruiter. The job sounded very interesting, so after about a 30 minute discussion we agreed to another phone interview. This was an initial phone screening with one of the Directors. Next, a virtual meeting took place a week or so later. This was two hour-long discussions. The first was technical in nature and the second focused more on questions from the leadership team. Finally, the last interview consisted of an in-person interview at their HQ in Arlington. This was several hour-long blocks with different groups of people. Ranging from peers, and eventually up to C-Suite leadership. Lunch was provided and conversations were continued through lunch into the afternoon. It was comprehensive and topics ranged from big picture approaches and strategies to detailed, specific examples. It was a very thorough process.
