tldr: The slowest, least responsive, and most unorganized recruiting team I have experienced. Please tighten this up if you want to recruit talent.

Was contacted to interview for a software engineer position. The recruiter promptly stopped responding to emails for three weeks. When she got back to me, I was passed off to another recruiter to schedule the phone interview. A few days after the phone interview, I was contacted by the first recruiter that I did really well and they wanted to move to the onsite. I was passed to a third recruiter who told me that they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to schedule me for a while even though I had competing offer deadlines coming up. Over the next three weeks I sent multiple emails and phone calls inquiring about scheduling but had no response. Finally had to drop the application because of other deadlines.
first interview was 60 minutes long with a leetcode hard question. second interview was 2 back to back 60 minute leetcode hard with emphasis on data structures. each interview had a 5 minute introduction and 10 minute at the end to ask questions

Entrevista
Standard medium difficulty hackerrank. The question involved decoded an encoded string. It was not something I had seen on LeetCode before and I think was unique to the company. The question was not that difficult but I ran out of time right before I could finish answering.
