Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Two Bulls (New York, NY) en mar 2017

      Entrevista

Let me start by saying that you need to be really careful while interviewing with this company. I had my worst interview experience with this company and it took me a while to bounce back. The interview process started of with them giving me a pretty simple and straightforward coding exercise containing generic questions related to programming and some syntax related questions. I had initially applied for a Software developer position and since that was filled up, the HR asked if I was interested in interviewing for the Software Integration Engineer, and I said yes. I was later called for an onsite interview. Their office setup was pretty standard and very startup like, although the entrance towards to the office is kind of hidden. Anyways, in the interview I was asked a very standard question. It's mentioned in the interview questions section. I got the impression that I did really well, and the interviewer was already asking me salary related questions and even introduced me to the person I'll be working with. I then had another HR interview with the HR manager from Australia. Pretty standard stuff. Now here starts the interesting part, I received an offer letter, and since it was a job based in NYC, the pay did not align with the professional experience I already had and also for an NYC job, the pay was not that great. So, I tried negotiating it and they agreed to give me a better package. I accepted the offer, and I sent them a copy. In the meantime, I'm already looking for a place to live in the city and already put my current place on rent. A few days later, I received a call from the HR saying certain client demo did not go well and since the client did not like it, we don't have a requirement for this position anymore, so we will be canceling this position and will keep you in mind for future positions (which never happened). Anyways, me being an International student had a few more days left on my student visa to find a job. They left me in a really bad position and did not seem to care about that at all. So my advice to anyone interviewing for this company (local or out-of-state, doesn't matter) be careful of this company, and do not cancel your other interviews just because you've accepted an offer. I know its not ethical to do that but when companies start doing this, you really don't want to be left in a tough spot. I had to initiate my interview process all over again from scratch and it was not easy. I'm lucky to have a very stable job now and hopefully you don't have to go through the same. Good luck!
