Applied through their site, got an email from the recruiter a week later for a screening, screening was good with explaning the process would take 4-6 weeks in total if you make it far (I knew then, I wasn't going really feeling it), made it pass the screening to the first round with the drirector, and they were nice but, overall the role didn't really make sense. Sounded like a sales role without having to reach a certain monetary goal. The role is basically recruiting content creators to join and stream of Twitch, but during the interview, it just sounds like its a new role they trying out.
