Submitted my resume through an employee. One month later, I received an e-mail from a recruiter to do an initial phone screen after with the manager where he asked me multiple product questions that, thankfully, I was very familiar with.
A few days later, I got contacted by the recruiter again to do a virtual on-site. It was 4 1:1 1h interviews with different members of the Customer Support team, where they asked me about my professional experience and skills. I thought I had a decent profile for the job and I was very passionate about the process in general, so I thought the interview had gone well. But 2 days later, I received a generic "no-reply" e-mail saying they weren't going to move forward at this time.
The process was incredibly smooth and the recruiter was fast at answering any questions I had and setting up the interviews.

Applied online, received an email to set up a phone interview. Had an 1:1 phone interview with customer support manager. It was a very quick scanning candidate's qualification focusing on practical knowledges.
