The interview process was very similar to other organizations. I seemed to have made it through the first interview okay and I was called back for a second one. The second one I will admit did not go as well, which is why I believe I did not get an offer for the position. It did show me what I should focus on at my current employer so that is one benefit from going to the interview. The only suggestion that I would make is that some sort of response, whether good or bad is a professional way to let someone down easily.
