I recently had a disappointing experience interviewing with Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO). I had high expectations for their organization, but after being given a specific timeframe for a response, more than two weeks passed with no update. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I never received a reply. Even if an applicant is no longer being considered, providing a response shows respect for their time and effort. Recruiters represent their organization, and timely communication goes a long way in maintaining a strong employer brand.

Contacted me within a week of submitting my application. Interview went very well, Easy, laid-back...no more then 15 minutes long. Supervisor then contacted me about a week after my interview to offer me the job.
