A bit of a mess. I had to follow up with recruiting several times before getting an initial phone screen. Finally got one but was told start date had to be pushed back because IT was having a hard time keeping up with new hires.
Interview process is lengthy. Ended being rejected for not having enough experience which is a frustrating reason to be rejected so late in the process. You have my resume, know up front the type of experience I have, yet reject me after I spent 6 hours on interviewing? You can do better than that. Wish the feedback was more actionable, and a simple no would have done early on in the process. I’m okay with not being the right fit, but not okay with going through this long process to hear it for reasons that are avoidable.
At any rate, the process took so long that I had offers lined up well before final stage. Be prepared to wait awhile to move through this lengthy, unorganized process.
Interview process was good, people were very nice and had multiple rounds from hiring manager, solutions architect, customer success and then the director but hiring freeze suddenly and didn't get any offer.

The Twilio Account Executive interview process usually starts with a recruiter phone screen to chat about your background and experience. Then there’s a call with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your skills and fit for the role. After that, you’ll likely have a panel interview with team members, followed by a 30-minute presentation on use cases and how you’d use Twilio’s solutions. They’re looking for solid sales skills, problem-solving, and the ability to design scalable solutions. Best way to prep? Get familiar with Twilio’s products, practice your pitch, and have some good examples ready from your past experience.
