Spoke with recruiting team to see if role would be a good fit for both sides. They sent an interview prep guide, company values, and other collateral. Recruiter spoke with hiring manager and informed me that they were moving forward with other candidates...although they continue to post job on Linkedin.

Recruiter high velocity, quick move through process and eventual disqualification. Hiring manager interview was great - seemed very well aligned. next round didnt go well - not sure what the stakeholder really was looking for or was looking to trap on.
