HR interview, Initial designer interview, take home assignment, then 4-5 consecutive interviews with design, product, research. Focus from HR to prep about Twilio values. Oddly repetitive questions that loosely aligned with the values and seemed driven by internal problems communicating and implementing research.

It was a well-designed process. I had a chance to meet with team members and understand the companies value. I learned about the job description and work environment during the process. It was good experience for me.
