A recruiter interview followed by hiring manager interview and then an onsite interview with 5 different panels. The use STAR method based behavioral interview. Each interview was focussed on one of companies' values.

I had all 5 interviews and all went well as I thought. I followed up with HR but didn't get any feedback. One month later after my last interview they sent a generic email wishing me the best. Such a waste of time ...
The process was comprehensive, but overall felt very fair. There were the following rounds:
Recruiter Interview - mostly introducing the role and company
Hiring Manager - talk about background and fit
Panel Interview - discussed a variety of skills and abilities needed for the job
