3 weeks after I applied online, I received an invitation to do one of those god-awful automated coding challenges. The questions had, as usual, absolutely no relation to the actual position I was being hired for. They were confusing, the platform was buggy. In general I advise anyone not to apply to companies which use automated coding challenges as part of their recruitment process.
