Entrevista
I have applied through referral. It was quite systematic and fast at first interviewed by HR and then by a senior analyst. Now coming to the questions asked it was about the projects I did, how I have started from scratch, how I will explain all those statistical terms to someone from management who is not aware of those statistical terms and past experience. Hence I was able to explain everything but unfortunately did not got selected.

3) How will you explain all these statistical stuffs to someone who is totall ignorant of all those terms.
Interview process seemed very long. I only made it to the hiring manger round. The person I talked to was friendly, however, I feel like the interview was more of a test than a conversation.
The interview process was nice. There were 3 rounds of interviews. The interviewer was polite and on point. Interview questions were mostly on the skills, expertise and earlier experience. Also HR were very professional.

Five rounds with HR screening, line manager and stakeholders, and bar raiser. Takes a bit long time but very pleasant and professional process. HR is very nice and helpful, providing interview advice.
