There were two phone screens, then a day of on-site interviews, all very typical until the very end. I got great feedback during the live interviews including discussions about next steps etc., then they completely disappeared. Apparently, they have no follow-up process for this position. The people I dealt with were very secretive about giving out their phone numbers (including their recruiters), and they don't respond to emails (again, recruiters included). And still no answer of any kind after more than a week of trying to get someone to respond.
