Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Twentieth Century Studios (Los Angeles, CA)
Entrevista
I was interviewed many years ago for a position that needed to be filled immediately. A recruiter contacted me and after a brief discussion on the phone, she got me in contact with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was direct and matter-of-fact about the role and expectations. I don't recall too many "behavioral interviewing" or "gotcha" style questions.

Entrevista
I applied for the role online and talent acquisitions reached out to me within a day or two. We arranged a phone interview and that was it. They said they'd get back to me after presenting candidates to the department. I didn't get the position, but I had a pleasant experience with this process.

Phone screening and then in-person interview. Interviews never ran longer than a half hour. Very basic questions... "What is your background, experience, interests?", "What's your greatest strength?" etc. Got the news of an offer less than a week after the in-person interview.
