3 people interviewed me. The final interviewer was the VP and the interview process took about 4 hours. There was also a test that I had to take that took 30 minutes. It was technical questions which didn't make sense because the role really didn't need any technical skills.

You will have to be interviewed by 3-4 people in the group. Plus you will have to take a compentency test. The whole process took about 4 hours. The final interview is with the VP

HR Recruiter found me on LinkedIn. Had a 20-minute phone interview, and got another call from the Hiring Manager, Lead BA, and Exec Director a week after. Questions were direct and technical; none of the typicalHR questions. Got called in for an in-person interview with the same interviewers and the VP within the same day.

I expected some typical HR questions but everything they asked were about salary and compensation (with the recruiter) and a lot of technical questions (with the panel).
