Quite straight to the point. the process consists of an online upon of documents. If your application is selected, you then are asked to submit video tasks of you simulating a teaching class

The interview is a demo class demonstration that you as the candidate conduct online through a link to a video. You just have to follow the instruction. Act as if you are teaching an adult leaner
Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Twenix en feb 2023
Entrevista
I recently applied because I was invited by a recruiter on LinkedIn. They had very low demands - no degree required, no TEFL, no work experience required, etc. Knowing Spanish/Italian is preferred but not required. The only real requirements were native or native-like level of English and being registered as a Freelancer in your home country. I got rejected the very next day, even though I have a teaching degree, regular TEFL + online teaching TEFL, a bunch of other certificates, 8 years of online teaching experience, and speak both Spanish and Italian. The rejection letter was a bit sassy, imo, claiming they have very high standards and many better qualified candidates that I can't compete with (sounded oddly condescending to me, but maybe it's just cultural differences and that tone is normal where they're based). The recruiter also claimed they offer competitive pay, "more than double than what others offer", but after a bit of digging on the forums I found out they pay 4 Euros per 26min lesson. So I don't really mind getting rejected, that's rather offensively low pay.

There are only a few questions in the first round - your name, age, nationality, do you have a teaching degree, TEFL certificate, experience in online teaching, basic knowledge of either Spanish or Italian, and if you're legally registered as a freelancer in your home country.
