Nice and easy. Typically dealership but acts like they’re corporate. Unorganized and very reactive when it comes to sales. Feels like the typical small dealer where they need managers to be evyerwher and not focused on their job

Just asking you why you want to join Tuttle-click what are your plans in life how you can move up in the company like going from a sales valet to doing oil changes, changing tires, and lastly just your availability.
The interview was standard questions about previous work experience, typing skills, and customer service experience. In the service department there are many unhappy customers and the ability to deal under pressure and unsatisfied customers was important.
