An easy interview process. The employers want to ensure you are patient, have worked with children, and know your material. They ask your knowledge and administer the test. They see how well you work with students in a trial session--ensuring you are paying attention to when the individual needs help, how to restate or reattempt a problem if they still arent understanding.

How would you approach a student who is still not understanding the material after repeated explanations?
Really fast and you connect alot with HR, but you must be able to atleast do their assessment to make sure you qualify being a teacher. They have good HR but I am not sure if HR would be the same in other locations as the interview is done by one HR.
