It’s a psychometric test to see how well you would fit into the team, you have to get a certain percentage in order to gain an interview, during this interview they will ask a series of questions then potentially talk about your test. If they intend on processing your application further they will ask you when you can come in for a trial shift at the end of your interview. In the trail shift they are looking for outgoing chatty people, as you can’t really do much of the actual job on a trial shift they’re testing how you interact with people not how well you load a dishwasher!
