Firstly I submitted my c.v along with why I want the job and why I want to work for the business. Then a few weeks later I received an email asking me to complete a video interview. This just consitented of situational questions and again asking why I want to work for the company. Then 2 weeks later ( I think it was so long as it was over the Christmas holidays) they called me and asked if I would like to attend an assessment day. A week before the day, they emailed me asking to prepare a presentation. Finally on the day you do group work, then your presentation with 20 minutes of questions and then a interview. Overall the day is really good, although quite lengthy it allows you to get a good feel for the company.
