Recruiters were slow to respond, I submitted my CV and did not hear back for an interview for over a month. The candidate portal was also difficult to access. The interview itself consisted of a 1 hour interview with 2 people, the interview was fairly unfocused with what felt like off the cuff questions and not pre-set or agreed between them. Interviewers were very stand-offish and really interrogated my CV, experience, and understanding of PMO even though I had the credentials and experience necessary for this sort of role. I did not feel at ease during the interview and left with a fairly low opinion of Turner and Townsend and their operations, which even the interviews undersold and intimated that the company had set difficult targets that they were unlikely to achieve.
