I applied for this position during my university's career fair. They took about 2 months to email with an update, but the interview process was fairly simple. I was emailed a date for the interview, and I had the interview through Microsoft teams.

After a recruiter screening over the phone, I received an email for a video interview. The interview was with a regional director and one team lead video call. Mostly behavioral questions. Asking about how I approach problems and different experiences based on resume. Overall it was not very technical.

Interview process was great. I was able to talk to some great people who actually listened and were paying attention to you. They don't keep you updated. I kept reaching out for updates and I never received a response.

Two rounds of interviews and questions were conducted based from the resume.
