I went to an engineering convention where I got an interview on the spot. Three months later, the closest office to my location contacted me for an interview at their office. While there, I had a 1:1 interview with management then another 1:1 interview with an HR representative. It lasted about 1 hour. I had a response within a week.

After a recruiter screening over the phone, I received an email for a video interview. The interview was with a regional director and one team lead video call. Mostly behavioral questions. Asking about how I approach problems and different experiences based on resume. Overall it was not very technical.

Interview process was great. I was able to talk to some great people who actually listened and were paying attention to you. They don't keep you updated. I kept reaching out for updates and I never received a response.
