The interview process consisted of 3 interviews back to back, approximately 45 mins each one with an architect, engineer and human resources person with the company. They followed a script but want you to stand out by not only answering the question but also expanding with an example that will keep the flow of the conversation going. I would say the best way to prepare for an interview is by studying the company, projects that you can relate to and also become familiar with the types of questions they might ask you.

After a recruiter screening over the phone, I received an email for a video interview. The interview was with a regional director and one team lead video call. Mostly behavioral questions. Asking about how I approach problems and different experiences based on resume. Overall it was not very technical.

Interview process was great. I was able to talk to some great people who actually listened and were paying attention to you. They don't keep you updated. I kept reaching out for updates and I never received a response.

The Interview was simple and quick.
Two rounds of interviews and questions were conducted based from the resume.
Behavioral questions were mainly asked.
First round was HR phone screening
Second round was with the team that I was going to work with.
