There was a brief phone screen, followed by an on-site soon after. The company bent over backwards to fit my schedule for the interview, as I had another obligation soon after it. The interview was mostly pleasant. Three people interviewed me. Two were friendly, and the final one was somewhat confrontational, but not to excess. Altogether a good interview experience.
