I applied online and in a matter of a few days I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview with behavioral questions. After the phone interview again a few days later I was contacted again for an in person interview. Interview was pretty straight forward, questions are straight forward no extra run around. It can be a good experience or a terrible one if you're unprepared.
