Didn't know what they actually selected on. I did good on the english writing and the guesstimate was also better than my most of my peers. I have reviewed them. I was logical and included many factors that they didn't include

Entrevista
The Interview was moderate with maths and guesstimate questions and about previous work experience. The interview can be AI based or there will be panel as some of colleagues have AI interview.
