Presentation and competency based questions. Online and Face to Face Interviews. Pre screen call to assess suitability from recruiter, then call from management, then presentation then interview. All interview questions were answered using the start method.

Phone screen and then an interview online with two managers. Questions were relatively easy to answer if you had the right experience and could give examples to demonstrate things like teamwork and problem solving.

Competency based interview - some basic questions and follow up/probing questions. Overall a good experience with a very quick turnaround. Process was quite standard questions were normal competency based questions.

Telephone screening call initially then a face to face interview. Two people interviewing and they were very nice and put me at ease because I was very nervous. About 8 questions on various topics to show my customer service experience and dealing with people
